Why It Matters

HAZOP Action Accumulation

Missing Design Cases in H&M Balance

A heat and mass balance that covers only the design throughput case but omits turndown, start-up, and maximum water cut scenarios produces a process model that doesn't represent the real operating envelope. Downstream disciplines then design to wrong conditions - creating systemic errors across the project.

Depressurisation and PSV Gaps
